IMPORTANT - NEW THIS YEAR
All students who successfully complete the online student questionnaire and application video will receive conditional acceptance to the program. However, this acceptance is not final and will only be converted to a full acceptance once we receive and review a copy of the student's February report card. Additionally, students who are interested in applying to the STEAM program must ensure that they select STEAM courses during course selections to be placed in the program. It is important to note that failure to submit a report card or not selecting STEAM courses during course selections will result in the conditional acceptance being withdrawn.
Providing early conditional acceptance to students who apply to the STEAM program allows us to give students an earlier understanding of their status in the program and provide them with the opportunity to make informed decisions about their education. With this early acceptance, students can plan ahead and choose between schools in the city, knowing that they have already been accepted into a program that aligns with their interests and goals. Additionally, this early acceptance process also helps us to ensure that we are able to provide a sufficient number of spots in the program for interested students, while also allowing us to plan and prepare effectively for the upcoming school year.
